New US cooking contest Celebrity Beef, hosted by Joel McHale will screen on E! in August.

Welcome to “Celebrity Beef,” the cooking show that turns pop culture feuds into a battle of foods. Each week, two new celebrity competitors will go head-to-head in a friendly face-off hosted by Joel McHale. The “beefs” could be anything—from a family rivalry like Venus vs. Serena to a funny pretend feud like Matt Damon and Jimmy Kimmel, or even a downright dirty one like Teresa Giudice vs. Danielle Staub (or well, any of the Housewives). Whoever the celebs, knives will come out as these two stars take their “beef” to the kitchen.
